Subsequently, Maximilien distinguished himself in the world of music and artistic productions, collaborating with iconic figures such as Paul Dupont-Hébert, president of the band Tandem. His appreciation for the arts, in all their forms, has imbued his professional approach with remarkable creativity and innovation.

Having lived in Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, and Vancouver, his international experiences have enriched his perspective, broadening his global vision and understanding of cultural issues. Today, at Ballets Jazz Montréal, Maximilien lends his expertise to one of the world's most renowned contemporary dance institutions. Working directly with the executive and artistic director, the technical director, and other managers, he plays a central role in balancing financial discipline with artistic ambition, contributing to BJM’s international reach and solidifying its position on the world stage.
