Cayetano Soto

Zero In On plunges the audience into an intense, face-to-face encounter. Two performers channel all their energy into a precise and powerful dance of great formal purity.

Zero in on someone/something: To concentrate on/focus all one's efforts on a person or an object (from the Larousse dictionary).

“In zero seconds, you have to concentrate all your energy and power,” Cayetano Soto said of the duo. The piece, accompanied by the music of Philip Glass, is danced in a small stage space to focus attention more intently on the performers. With an aesthetic that borders on perfection, the two dancers move in sculptural poses that blend power and fluidity.

"A technically fabulous pas de deux, performed by two incredible dancers."
