His professional journey led him to work alongside Georges Marciano, the founder of the legendary brand GUESS, where he gained solid expertise in accounting and finance. Subsequently, Maximilien distinguished himself in the world of musical and artistic productions, collaborating with prominent figures such as Paul Dupont-Hébert, president of Groupe Tandem. His sensitivity to the arts, in all their forms, has infused his professional approach with remarkable creativity and innovation.
Passionate about culture and the arts, Maximilien blends precision and artistic sensibility in the financial realm. Having lived in Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, and Vancouver, his international experiences have broadened his perspective, enhancing his global vision and understanding of cultural issues. His travels around the world have allowed him to attend avant-garde artistic performances, further inspiring and enriching his professional approach.
Today, at Ballets Jazz Montréal, Maximilien lends his expertise to one of the world's most renowned contemporary dance institutions. Working closely with the general director, the artistic director, the technical director, and other key stakeholders, he plays a central role in balancing financial rigor with artistic ambition, contributing to BJM’s international prominence and strengthening its position on the global stage.
