BJM OPENS THE SUMMIT ON THE RULE OF LAW

Ballets Jazz Montréal had the honor of opening, with a dance performance, two days of conferences dedicated to the rule of law, organized by the Bar of Quebec and its partners at the Montreal Convention Center.

Presented as part of this event, Alexandra Damiani’s choreography, directed by François Bernier, brought dance into the heart of a space for reflection and discussion on fundamental issues facing our society.

It was an opportunity to remind us that culture, too, helps fuel public debate by building bridges, sparking reflection, and fostering new ways of connecting with one another.

BJM is proud to have taken part in this initiative and to contribute, through art, to these moments of collective dialogue.

Thank you to OPC for giving us the opportunity to participate in this event; thank you to the Bar of Quebec, Les Évadés, and all the organizing partners; and thank you to François Bernier, stage director, and Antonin Goujeon, composer, for this invaluable collaboration.
